Learner Driving License
The government of Pakistan has provided an online facility to get a learner driving license at home. You can get your learner license at home. In this article, we will guide you on how to make a learner license at home using a mobile phone or computer. Will provide a complete procedure through which you will be able to get your learner driving license at home.
Through the same platform, the applicant will receive a ‘Payment Proof ID’, in which the customer can make payment through their ATM card, online banking or mobile banking channels. In this application form, citizens are required to upload their photograph, scanned copy of both sides of the National Identity Card and copy of medical certificate certified by a government doctor if the applicant is above 50 years of age.

Learner Driving License Fee Update
It is worth mentioning here that the government has increased the beginner driving license fee by 1566%. Earlier, the learner license fee was only Rs 60, but now it has been reduced to Rs 1,000. However, this rate increase will take effect from January 1, 2024.

Documents Required For Online Application Process
- Picture
- Scanned copy/picture of original CNIC’s front and back sides
- Medical certificate signed by a government doctor in case age is above 50 years.
