Humqadam Program is a program designed to provide unconditional financial support to disabled people in Pakistan. In which disabled persons are given a monthly stipend of Rs 2,000 every month by the government after completing the registration. Humqadam Program Registration

The Humqadam Program is an unconditional cash transfer initiative designed to support economically disadvantaged individuals with disabilities in the province of Punjab. Under this program, disabled persons receive a cash assistance of Rs. 2000. The program aims to expand its reach each year by incorporating new beneficiaries through life verification and new registrations.

The primary goal of the Humqadam Program is to enhance the socio-economic well-being of special individuals in Punjab. The objective of launching this program is to alleviate poverty among the poor and deserving people in Pakistan as well as improve the quality of life for the disabled.

Social assistance is a fundamental aim of social security, and this program is designed to offer cash support to individuals with disabilities to ensure they can sustain a basic standard of living. All eligible residents from every district in Punjab have the right to participate in this program.

Eligibility Criteria

• The poverty score, specifically the PMT (Poverty Measurement Tool), should be thirty or lower, as documented in the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER), as the eligibility criteria for the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP).
• Applicants must possess a special CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) with a graduation status issued by Nadra (National Database and Registration Authority).

How to Register for Humqadam Program

After submitting the form, you will receive information regarding your eligibility. If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a monthly aid of Rs 2000.

Monthly Aid for Disabled Individuals
