Objectives of Ehsaas Hamqadam Program:
Humqadam Program’s main goal is to enhance the socio-economic well-being of PWDs in Punjab. This program will provide cash support to PWDs in order to help them maintain a minimum standard of living. This program is open to all eligible citizens of Punjab Province.

Ehsaas Hamqadam Program Eligibility Criteria:
Ehsaas humqadam is a program that targets people with disabilities who live in underprivileged areas and are unable to meet their basic needs, or do not have financial assistance. The program set criteria for applicants. The program will ensure that only those who are truly in need receive the benefits.
- The Proxy Means Test score (PMT), as shown in the National Socio-economic Registry (NSER), should not exceed 30 as determined by Benazir Income Support Program.
- The person must possess a special CNIC/B form issued by NADRA.

- Please fill out the registration form with all necessary information, including members of your household, their income, address and CNIC.
- Once you have filled out the form and attached all documents or information required, submit it.
