    • These documents include the applicant’s national identity card Which should be computerized by NADRA and have a registered SIM on it
    • Also, household information which has the names of family members and your monthly costs
    • Your monthly income certificate and FRC forms list are also needed

    • If a disabled person wants to apply for this program, he/she should have his/her disability certificate
