Benazir Income Support Programme
BISP Dynamic Survey: The Benazir Income Support Programme is a Biggest social safety net initiative in Pakistan that was launched in 2008 to address poverty and provide financial assistance to vulnerable segments of the population. This program is named after former Prime Minister of Pakistan Shaheed Benazir Bhutto. It aims to provide cash assistance to people living below the poverty line.
BISP operates by identifying eligible beneficiaries through a comprehensive and transparent survey, ensuring that the aid reaches those who genuinely need it. The Benazir Income Support Program targets poverty-stricken families.
By providing regular cash transfers to these households, BISP seeks to alleviate immediate financial hardships, enhance their purchasing power, and improve access to basic necessities like food, education, and healthcare.
BISP Dynamic Survey 2023
To register under the Benazir Income Support Program, you must first complete BISP Dynamic Survey, which asks you various questions including your monthly income, your education, your Questions related to family members are included and after checking these questions are registered for BISP. Remember to take the survey to join the Benazir Income Support Program, it is not possible to join the program without the survey.
If you have not yet completed your registration under the Benazir Income Support Program, you can complete your NSER survey from your nearest Benazir Income Support Program office. You must have a National Identity Card to complete the survey. After joining the program, you are provided with cash financial assistance.
BISP Dynamic Survey for Special Persons
The dynamic survey for registration under the Benazir Income Support Program continues seven days a week, but the Benazir Income Support Program has specially reserved the day “Saturday” for the registration of the following persons under the Dynamic Registry.
- Special persons
- Elderly persons aged 65 years or above
- Members of the eunuch community

BISP Registration Check By CNIC
If you have completed your NSER survey to register for the Benazir Income Support Program but now want to check your eligibility, the process is very simple.
- Open Chrome browser in your phone.
- Open official BISP website on your phone by given link https://8171.bisp.gov.pk/.
- Enter your CNIC number (without any dashes or spaces) in the provided field.
- Click on the “Check Result” button to proceed with the inquiry.
- The system will process your request, and if your CNIC is eligible and included in the BISP 8171 program, the result will be displayed on the screen.
