BISP Control Room set up for filing Complaints: Benazir Income Support Program is currently the largest welfare network working for the welfare of poor and deserving people in Pakistan. The main purpose of establishing which is to identify the poor and deserving people in the country and provide financial assistance to them.
This program was established in view of the increasing poverty in Pakistan so that the people affected by poverty can be removed from poverty by making access to financial aid easier. And following the same ideology, it is also working for the welfare of poor people across the country.
BISP New Payment 2023
90 lakh families currently benefit from financial assistance under the Benazir Kafalat program. It’s worth noting that the Benazir Income Support Program, which was once Pakistan’s largest social security initiative, employed various strategies to provide financial aid to those in need and deserving.
The Benazir Kafalat program continues to disburse quarterly installment payments, now with a 25% increase, resulting in each family receiving 8500 rupees. If you are a participant in the Benazir Kafalat program, you can collect your funds by visiting the nearest branch of the designated bank. Upon receiving the funds, be sure to obtain a receipt.
Furthermore, there’s good news for mothers whose children are beneficiaries of the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Program they are eligible to receive both their Kafalat program funds and their Benazir Taleemi Wazaif.

The Benazir Income Support Program will start disbursing Benazir Kafalat program and Benazir Taleemi Wazaif within the next few days. As soon as the series of payments continues, the beneficiaries have to face various difficulties to get the assistance money, in view of which the control room has been re-activated for the beneficiaries of Benazir Income Support Program. Where all the beneficiaries will be able to register their complaints through WhatsApp so that all the problems faced by them can be resolved.
A separate WhatsApp number has been kept for each province for registering complaints. The beneficiaries will be able to register their complaint through the WhatsApp number provided according to their province. You will not need to pay any kind of compensation for registering your complaints and the problem will be solved by taking action on your complaints soon so that your complaints can be removed. The purpose of establishing BISP control rooms is to remove the difficulties faced by the beneficiaries as soon as possible.

Residents of the Punjab province can utilize WhatsApp to register complaints if they encounter any problems in receiving assistance funds through the Benazir Income Support Program. The dedicated complaint number for this purpose is 0325-5365520.
Control Room WhatsApp Number For Sindh
Residents of Sindh province can employ WhatsApp to submit complaints if they encounter any difficulties while receiving financial assistance via the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) at the following number: 0325-5365473.
Control Room WhatsApp Number For Balochistan
Citizens of Balochistan can utilize WhatsApp to register complaints if they encounter any problems in receiving financial aid through the Benazir Income Support Program. Please use the following number: 0325-5365469.
Control Room WhatsApp Number For KPK, AJK and GB
Residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan provinces have the option to use WhatsApp to submit complaints regarding the receipt of assistance funds under the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP). The dedicated complaint number for these regions is 0325-5365476.
