The Benazir Income Support Program has issued important instructions regarding the procedure for payment of BISP payment without fingerprint verification. If you are not getting the stipend from the Benazir Income Support Program due to the lack of verification of thumbs or fingerprints, then first you should go to another payment center and try to get the money. Remember that thumbprint verification can be attempted up to eight times on a machine to get money.

Get BISP Payment Without Biometric Verification

• First, go to your nearest Nadra office and get your fingerprints verified.
• If it is not possible to verify your fingerprints even at the NADRA office, then take a member of your family with an ID card and visit your nearest BISP tehsil office.
• After visiting the office, go to the concerned officer and lodge a complaint about fingerprints not being verified.
• The officer concerned will make the payment on the form without fingerprint verification within your presence.
• After submitting the form, you will be fully informed about your application through a message or call from 8171 after a few days.

Instructions for Beneficiaries belonging to Islamabad Province Punjab Sindh or Balochistan

In relation to payment of Benazir Scholarships without verification of finger prints, the instructions for the beneficiaries belonging to Sindh or Balochistan province of Islamabad are as follows.

Beneficiaries belonging to Islamabad Province, Punjab, Sindh or Balochistan should go to the nearest branch of Habib Bank with their relative holding the same identity card, where after verification, the amount will be paid to you. In case of informal situation, please refer to your nearest Benazir Income Support Program Tehsil Office

Instructions for Beneficiaries belonging to KPK Gilgit Balochistan or AJK

Following are the guidelines for the beneficiaries belonging to KPK Gilgit and Azad Jammu and Kashmir to receive BISP payment without fingerprinting.

After receiving the notification through message or call from 8171, you have to visit your nearest Benazir Income Support Program office again where the Bank Al Falah representative will enter your ID card in the bank’s system in the presence of the Assistant Director. After the verification through NADRA is completed, a code will be sent to your mobile number and the second part of this code will be sent to the phone of the Assistant Director of BISP. After that the bank officer present there will register in the bank’s system after completing these two codes. After system verification, regular payment of money will start from Bank Al Falah.

After adopting this procedure, the beneficiaries belonging to KPK Gilgit and Azad Jammu and Kashmir will be able to get their Baasani amount.
